Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the supply planning process in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This newly created role reports to the VP of Supply Chain and translates demand forecasts into production and supply requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supply planning, production planning, materials planning, inventory management, or related experience.
• Experience in Food / Beverage Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills using demand, production and inventory data to drive decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/MRP experience; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with S&OP/SIOP and cross-functional planning processes preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM/CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Review meeting and provide visibility into capacity, labor, materials, inventory, storage, and constraints.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning across manufacturing operations against demand.
• Identify future capacity and labor constraints and develop mitigation scenarios.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters to support production and material planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, usage, supply, shelf-life, and waste.
• Analyze inventory across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, WIP, and finished goods to identify shortages.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches, promotions, or capacity changes.
• Evaluate storage requirements across facilities and warehouses for refrigerated and frozen storage.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales on forecast changes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for capacity, yields, inventory, and storage.
• Support budgeting and longer-range planning with production, capacity, labor, and material assumptions.
