Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a leading Medical Device & Life Sciences organization to recruit a remote Director of Supply Chain. You will lead SIOP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain execution across a global manufacturing network.

You will collaborate with senior leadership including the COO to strengthen planning processes, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and materials flow in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience leading SIOP/S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management experience.
• Solid ERP/MRP systems knowledge.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Procurement.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory requirements in regulated manufacturing environments.

• Lead SIOP/S&OP processes and demand planning across global supply chain.
• Improve forecast accuracy and material availability to support business growth.
