Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in global operations.
• Proven track record in overseeing global supply chain, inventory control, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Ability to optimize inventory and reduce costs while ensuring production needs.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data driven decision making tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in a multicultural environment.
• Critical thinking to identify problems and solutions.
• willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management and SIOP functions with a vision and strategy.
• Drive supplier management, order fulfillment, inventory control, and risk management.
• Ensure SIOP plans meet customer expectations and align facilities to support the plan.
• Develop KPIs and analytics to improve key metrics across the supply chain.
