Trimble is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Strategic Initiatives to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy and drive high-impact revenue programs. You will work directly with the CRO to connect executive vision with global execution across sales, marketing and customer success.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, manage complex budgets and OKRs, and influence executive leadership through clear, actionable insights.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology, strategy, project management, sales operations, or business development.
• Proven expertise navigating complex enterprise go-to-market dynamics and multi-channel revenue models.
• Advanced financial modeling with budget optimization and OKR management.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to translate data into strategic initiatives.
• Masterful stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to deliver data-driven insights and guide executive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional revenue growth initiatives from strategy to execution, optimizing resources and governance.
• Orchestrate executive communication channels, including Sales Leadership Team meetings, QBRs, and global All Hands.
• Lead CRO messaging and strategy alignment for major corporate events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff.
• Optimize executive workflow and cross-departmental alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
