Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Accounting and OTC Operations to lead our global revenue accounting organization. You will partner with GTM, Legal, Deal Desk and Product to design scalable policies and systems that support growth and protect revenue quality.

You will own order management, billings, revenue and commissions accounting, ensuring accurate metrics and strong internal controls under US GAAP, while developing a high-performing team and driving cross-functional

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity, public-company SOX environment.
• Hands-on ERP improvements, with NetSuite, CPQ and SFDC experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global revenue accounting and OTC operations in support of growth.
• Own accounting for all revenue streams and commissions; manage month/quarter/year close.
• Serve as SME on revenue recognition for leadership and GTM partners.
• Collaborate with Data and FP&A on metrics reporting and forecasts.
• Define contract structures and approval matrix with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Oversee annual external audit for revenue areas.
• Design scalable OTC workflows and ERP processes.
• Partner with Technology on ERP improvements and reporting.
