Ladders is seeking a Director of Product Design to shape strategy and user experience across the full lifecycle for an Enterprise Technology leader. The role balances hands-on design with team leadership and client-facing communication.

You will mentor designers, guide projects, collaborate with Strategy and Development, and translate business needs into thoughtful design solutions. The remote position offers flexible work arrangements and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Formación

• 5-7 years of product design experience in agency or related environments.
• Proven design leadership across the entire product design lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior clients and executives.
• Experience delivering user-focused solutions in diverse categories.
• Familiarity with agile product design and development methodologies.
• Experience mentoring designers at various levels.
• Proficiency in AI tools for design and rapid prototyping.

Responsabilidades
