Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Mngr/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment to shape operational and technology-enabled process design for patient-focused programs in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable program designs, spanning journey mapping, requirements documentation, and testing readiness to improve performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in project or operations management.
• Extensive knowledge of hub operations with nursing and reimbursement experience.
• Direct experience liaising between client-facing and technology teams.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including UAT and hypercare support.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, including dashboard development.
• Experience in data mapping and migration.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and CRM.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Mngr/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape operational and technology-enabled process design for patient-focused programs, with a strong emphasis on workflow alignment, data readiness, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with client-facing stakeholders and internal technology teams to translate business needs into scalable program designs. The position also supports end-to-end journey mapping, requirements documentation, and testing readiness to improve program performance and service delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
