Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Reimbursement Strategy and Finance to advance analytics across the Payer Relations Analytics organization, supporting the CostVantage model and pricing negotiations with payers and PBMs.

You will partner with Finance and data warehouses to build complex pricing models, dashboards, and pro forma outputs, while guiding regular reporting and process improvements to deliver accurate insights for senior leadership, and collaborating with Retail, PBM, and

Qualifications

3-5 years work experience in health care, finance, consulting, business analytics or related quantitative problem solving.
Strong analytical skillset and approach to problem solving.
Strong financial modeling skills - Ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex deal models and quantify financial impacts.
Strong communication skills and ability to drive recommendations to leadership through impactful, insightful analytical-based presentations.
Ability to become trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners.
1-2 years SQL experience.

Responsibilities

Develop contract analytics and modeling to support negotiations for 100+ payers and PBMs.
Lead cross-functional projects to implement the CostVantage model and vaccine pricing reporting.
Provide ad hoc analytics to finance, product development, operations, supply chain, and real estate.
