Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Manager of MAC and Process Development to lead MAC pricing strategy, financial modeling, and network pricing execution. The role focuses on pricing innovation, analytics, and QA to achieve cost savings and better health outcomes for clients.

Based remotely in the continental US, you will partner with leaders to develop reimbursement strategies, generate standard and customized reports, and ensure compliance across MAC pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, Computer Science, or related area of study.
• Experience in Analytics including large data sets, MAC modeling, and process automation; PBM experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop MAC pricing strategy and execute financial modeling for pricing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support network performance.
• Implement dynamic pricing in response to market changes.
• Provide recommendations on pricing/negotiation to grow revenue and margin.
• Support MAC pricing-related consulting and data validation initiatives.
