Job summary

Immatics seeks a Senior Director, Payer Accounts to lead U.S. market access with national payers for our first cell therapy launch.

This remote role builds payer relationships, communicates product value, and secures coverage pathways in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Reporting to the Executive Director, Payer Accounts, Trade and Distribution, you will partner with Market Access Strategy, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to shape payer materials and evidence for PIE and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech market access experience.
• 5+ years of national payer account management experience or similar role calling on payers.
• Cell or gene therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement with national and large regional payers in commercial and government segments.
• Build and manage relationships with key payer decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop early engagement plans and educate payers on Immatics, PRAME targeting, and anzu-cel value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor payer-facing materials and budget impact models.
• Drive pricing, contracting and patient access insights for launch planning.
• Ensure all engagements and materials comply with regulatory and corporate standards.
