Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an IFM COE Director to enable strategy, drive integrated service delivery, and manage national health, safety, and environmental programs for a major financial services account. The role leads the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence across Facility Management, Engineering, EHS, Energy & Sustainability, and Business Programs.

The position reports to the Governance & Enablement Director, requiring 10+ years in CRE/Facilities, strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA or other secondary degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management.
• Proficient knowledge of Facilities management, Facilities Engineering, Energy and Sustainability, and Environmental and Safety.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely.
• Experience in implementing QA and continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent analytical skills – financial and planning.
• Public speaking and ability to engage large groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Management within the portfolio including business continuity and budget planning.
• Lead Environmental, Health and Safety program performance.
• Guide Engineering to ensure operations compliance and maintenance programs.
• Drive Corrigo platform enhancements and AI-driven improvements.
• Coordinate service delivery across teams and manage handoffs.
• Set vision and strategy aligned with client objectives.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed KPIs.
• Build and coach high-performing teams and trusted advisor relationships.
