Job summary

Napster is seeking a Senior Director, Microsoft & Strategic Technology Partnerships to lead Napster's global Microsoft relationship from a remote location in the Eastern U.S. or Europe.

This highly operational, process-driven role turns a strategic alliance into a structured program with milestones, owners, KPIs, and governance. You will own the Microsoft partnership, manage cross-functional workstreams across Marketplace, co-sell, product, engineering, and customer opportunities, and report

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Microsoft or in roles with Microsoft as a strategic focus.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Marketplace and co-sell motions.
• Strong program management and operating-model capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the global operating model for the Microsoft partnership with clear workstreams.
• Translate strategy into structured programs with milestones, owners, and KPIs.
• Provide executive reporting and maintain trackers across Microsoft initiatives.
• Lead Microsoft Marketplace and co-sell programs and coordinate across teams.
• Manage cross-functional alignment between Microsoft and Napster product/engineering.
