Napster Corp seeks a Director, Partner Ecosystem & Community Growth to lead and scale global partner programs, communities, and activation models that accelerate growth. You drive strategy and execution across partnerships, hyperscalers, GSIs, and developers to create measurable outcomes.

You will own KPIs, dashboards, and ROI, building repeatable processes, and leading a team of Partner Program Leads to convert ecosystem activity into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across ecosystems, partnerships, growth programs, and community-led growth.
• Proven ability to build and scale repeatable partner programs.
• Strong execution, prioritization, and multi-project management.
• Process-driven, with ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.
• Analytical mindset with KPI, dashboard, and ROI focus.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale partner and ecosystem growth programs across markets and verticals.
• Develop executive and partner communities, roundtables, and learning programs.
• Create repeatable models for partner recruitment, activation, and engagement.
• Lead Partner Program Leads with clear priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert ecosystem activity into opportunities.
