NGO-ISAC is seeking a senior leader to own the growth, retention, and long-term health of the membership program. This role defines member value, drives acquisition and renewal, and builds a three-to-five-year roadmap for sustainable revenue.

Fully remote in the United States (East Coast preferred for time-zone overlap). You will supervise a small team, coordinate with program and partnerships, and report to the COO on forecasts and performance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in membership organizations
• 3+ years supervising staff
• Track record building membership strategy balancing acquisition with retention
• Experience running membership drives and scalable retention programs
• Ability turning organizational goals into a multi-year roadmap
• Fluency with association management systems for trend analysis and reporting
• Experience with pricing or revenue-model transitions in membership org
• Experience owning a revenue line with forecasting and reporting

Responsabilidades

• Own the membership strategy, including value proposition
• Drive membership growth through targeted campaigns
• Design retention programs to improve renewals
• Build a 3–5 year growth roadmap
• Identify new markets and member segments
• Set metrics for acquisition, retention, renewal
• Maximize AMS reporting and trend analysis
• Draft and manage future pricing and revenue models
• Forecast and report on membership revenue
• Collaborate with Community & Partnerships and Programming to strengthen member value
• Supervise and develop the membership team
• Resolve member billing/renewal concerns
