Job summary

Connectivity Standards Alliance is seeking a Membership Operations Specialist to drive onboarding, help desk, and data-driven member engagement for a global alliance in a 100% remote U.S. role in the PST time zone.

You will own member access, lifecycle engagement, and KPI reporting, partnering with departments to improve processes and technology. The role requires 4–6 years of experience and strong CRM capabilities, with HubSpot preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, including 1-2 years in a role with cross-functional or strategic responsibility (association or non-profit experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of proactively identifying and leading process or technology improvements, not just executing existing workflows.
• CRM experience required, HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new membership onboarding end-to-end — forms, contracts, pipeline tracking — and troubleshoot friction points, keeping the Manager informed of blockers and progress.
• Create and maintain new member onboarding videos and training content for new and existing members.
• Manage member system access (Causeway, Slack, Community Portal, GitHub) and evaluate tools for upgrades or replacements.
• Own and improve the help desk function: ensure every ticket is touched within 24 hours and provide status updates, targeting an overall 48-hour resolution SLA.
• Own member data management and reporting with emphasis on accuracy and integrity; review submissions for accuracy and correlate with KPI reporting.
• Champion digital-first process improvements by researching tools and proposing automations to modernize operations.
