Job summary

Ladders is assisting a leader in the Energy & Utilities space by seeking a Senior Director, Logistics. This remote, US-based role owns logistics strategy and execution for complex operations, emphasizing safe, cost-efficient movement and scalable networks to support growth and major projects.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align logistics planning with sourcing, production, and broader business priorities, including new product launches and hydrogen

Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain with leadership in high-growth settings.
• Deep expertise in transportation and logistics strategy; energy/industrial sectors preferred.
• Hydrogen, hazardous materials, or over-dimensional logistics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for product movement and delivery, ensuring safe and cost-efficient operations.
• Own the transportation function and align execution with sourcing and production strategies.
• Establish scalable logistics network strategies to support North America expansion.
• Lead logistics capacity and asset planning, including fleet sizing and resource planning.
• Ensure logistics readiness for new product launches and large-scale projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across logistics operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to align logistics strategy with business priorities.
