Ladders is seeking a Senior Principal, Distribution Optimization to shape the enterprise distribution strategy for a leader in manufacturing and automotive space. This remote-in-US role focuses on optimizing network design, facility footprint, and service performance to drive growth and profitability.

You will partner with operations, logistics, finance, and business leadership to evaluate long-range needs, assess 3PL and hybrid solutions, and identify automation opportunities that enhance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or network design.
• Experience evaluating and implementing 3PL operating models and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business case development capabilities.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise distribution optimization roadmap.
• Design and optimize distribution networks to support growth and profitability objectives.
• Evaluate facility footprint, capacity requirements, and customer service strategies.
• Conduct network studies to optimize service and cost performance.
• Develop cost-to-serve models for strategic distribution decisions.
• Lead long-range distribution planning initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend distribution operating models, including 3PL and hybrid solutions.
