• 5-7 years of experience in late-stage oncology trial management.
• Proven track record delivering complex clinical trials.
• Experience developing and overseeing multi-million dollar clinical trial budgets.
• Strong leadership experience in global study management or clinical operations.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
