Job summary
Amgen, a leading biotech company, is seeking a Director of Clinical Sciences in Oncology to lead late-phase clinical development, translational projects, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and CROs. The role provides subject matter expertise in trial design, data analysis, and oncology biology.
You will drive study concepts, protocols, and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with extensive life sciences/healthcare experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical clinical drug development, especially oncology
- Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated to leadership committees
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal clinical expert in translational and clinical oncology
- Support medical monitor in clinical trials and assist in issue resolution
- Present information internally/externally and manage cross-functional problems
