Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Late Oncology Program Management to shape the strategic vision and execution framework for late-stage oncology and early-phase trials. You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, GCDO, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure feasible study designs, robust budgets, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven, repeatable track record delivering late-stage oncology trials
• Experience partnering with Clinical Development leads to shape program strategy
• Demonstrated governance and budgeting experience for multi-million dollar trials
• Global study management leadership in pharma/biotech/CRO environments
• Strategic function leadership and organizational design experience

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and long-term direction for Late Oncology Program Management and Early Phase PM
• Lead the Clinical Operations Leadership Team and contribute to governance, planning and resources
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture with accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of late-phase oncology trials on schedule, within scope and budget
• Drive risk management and data-driven decision making across trials
• Establish cross-functional partnerships with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Medical Affairs
• Develop budgets and integrated timelines for governance reviews
• Provide line management and career development for Directors and Associate Directors
• Ensure QA, compliance and inspection readiness across study management activities
• Champion digital transformation, DCTs, and AI-enabled process improvements
