For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Late Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will guide late-stage oncology program management with a strong focus on clinical trial execution, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment. The role will shape strategic direction for complex study portfolios while ensuring programs move forward efficiently in a global, matrixed environment. The position also carries responsibility for balancing timelines, risk, budgets, and resources to support successful trial delivery across the development lifecycle.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $230,400 - $345,600 annually
