Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Program Lead to oversee regional clinical operations across multiple studies in a US-remote setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and CRO/vendor performance, and ensure adherence to GCP and FDA regulations.

The role reports to Global Clinical Operations and requires 15+ years in drug development with oncology experience, matrix leadership, and strategic program management across US and global programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a scientific or health-related discipline; advanced scientific or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in APAC region is desirable.
• 15+ years in drug development, clinical research and operational strategy, preferably in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple clinical studies in parallel via direct reports and/or vendors.
• Manages study execution with/without a CRO, ensuring on-time enrollment and completion.
• Supports cross-functional partnerships; directs core team and resolves issues.
• Optimizes trial design and execution; reports study performance metrics regularly.
• Oversees operational plans, budgets, and vendor relationships; ensures data integrity.
