Job summary

ChowNow is seeking a Senior Director, GTM Revenue Operations, to be the strategic and technical backbone for Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success. This role is an operator and systems-architect position focused on scalable, connected GTM processes.

You’ll untangle legacy tech debt across Salesforce, HubSpot, PlanHat, Gong, and related tools, building a durable architecture that supports rapid future changes. You will lead a 5–7 person team. Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years managing a team across RevOps, MarOps, CS Ops and Business Systems (SalesForce).
• Deep, practical fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot; PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, LeanData are strong plus.
• Experience untangling legacy systems, customizations, or technical debt.
• Think in systems: translate business pain points into clear technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• GTM Process & Team Leadership: diagnose friction in Sales, Onboarding, and CS; partner with the Sales & CS Business Partner to fix it.
• Systems Architecture: act as the GTM stack architect across Salesforce, HubSpot, PlanHat, Gong, PartnerStack, LeanData; unwind technical debt and set standards.
• Strategic Operations: connect diagnosis with execution; oversee territory/compensation planning, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage and develop the Biz Systems team; prioritize roadmap against tactical fixes and architectural rebuilds.
• Advise CEO on risks and opportunities with sequencing and tradeoffs.
