Qualifications

• Strong background in process engineering and automated manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global engineering strategy across Avantor's sites.
• Own global capital portfolio up to $150M and manage major expansions.
• Lead digital transformation, IT/OT integration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Drive OEE improvements and operational excellence across sites.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and mentor director-level and managerial talent.
