Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions – Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, to lead digital product strategy and capabilities for rare disease therapies.

You will build relationships with Commercial and Medical Affairs leaders, define future digital ecosystems, and oversee end-to-end platforms like Veeva and Salesforce CRM to support launches, customer engagement, and medical information. Remote with travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business technology, with 8+ years in biotech/pharma and 5+ supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs functions.
• Proven product leadership and team development experience.
• Deep knowledge of regulated technology controls, CRM, medical communications, and omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Medical Affairs leaders.
• Define future digital ecosystems and develop roadmaps with investment cases.
• Balance near-term launches with long-term platform growth through tradeoff decisions.
• Deliver end-to-end platforms (Veeva, Salesforce CRM) for product launch, customer engagement, and medical information.
• Lead a lean, product-oriented team in process design, vendor management, deployment and improvements.
