Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred or equivalent; professional designation(s) preferred.
• Ten years of risk control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engages with underwriting to drive strategies for targeted lines.
• Strengthens relationships with agents/brokers to provide customer solutions.
• Analyzes risk control strengths/weaknesses to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develops US/global risk control strategies to influence loss ratios and profitability targets.
• Supports branches with technical expertise to advance industry knowledge.
• Reviews large/complex risks across BUs, applying risk control policies and regulations.
• Influences risk control policy and product development with a global focus.
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners as a CNA SME.
