Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk strategy and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. The role oversees ERM, insurance, surety, claims, contractual risk transfer, and captive/self-insurance initiatives.

The position is fully remote with discussions on location during the interview process. The candidate will strengthen risk posture, enable strategic risk-taking, and drive loss prevention across nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA, Master's in Risk Management or related degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive risk management experience in EPC, industrial construction, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and dashboards.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Develop enterprise risk assessments, risk registers, KRIs, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Preconstruction, Safety, Finance, Legal to integrate risk into decisions.
• Oversee insurance, captive strategies, and alternative risk financing.
