Zusammenfassung

Zero Hash is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Relationship Management with strong B2B focus to build and scale client partnerships. You will lead a team, act as a primary client contact, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure onboarding and strategy alignment.

The role requires crypto/fintech acumen, strategic mindset, and exceptional relationship-building skills. This is a fully remote position with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B Relationship Management/ Business Development; with at least 2 years of people management and leadership
• Experience growing client relationships including cross-sell/expansion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics simply
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Travel up to 20% to offices and client locations (depending on business need)

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to drive joint initiatives
• Develop customer relationships into advocates to build a strong community of customers
• Lead a team of relationship managers as coach and escalation point
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with business goals
• Organize monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with clients and contribute to revenue tracking and reporting
• Create account-based strategies focusing on enablement, account mapping, and expansions
• Channel client feedback to product and engineering to influence roadmaps
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and adoption of new products
• Negotiate client agreements and ensure alignment with company goals
• Ensure high levels of service delivery measured by NPS and maintain process improvements
