What We’re Looking For

You may be the ideal fit if you have:

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise IT
• Deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph APIs, and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience leading large-scale M365 transformations, tenant migrations, domain migrations, or modernization programs
• Proven success driving governance, operational excellence, platform reliability, engineering standards, and service delivery
• Experience partnering with Security, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Service Delivery, and Executive Leadership teams
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, utilization optimization, vendor governance, and technology investment planning
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills
• Experience leading and developing globally distributed teams
• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred
• Lead a globally critical Microsoft 365 platform serving a worldwide workforce
• Drive AI-enabled productivity through Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Influence enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner directly with senior executives and global technology leaders
• Shape the future of collaboration, communication, and employee experience at scale
