Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director, Capture to lead strategy and execution across multiple defense-related capture opportunities. The role reports to the VP of Business Development, Defense Agency Account and offers a remote work arrangement with travel up to 25% within the United States.

You will shape proposals, coordinate with writers and proposal teams, provide insights to senior leadership, and craft differentiating narratives to win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience across the Air Force/Space Force CYBERCOM with capture management experience is required.
• Must be able to travel 25% within the United States.
• Former Sales, Proposal and Capture experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture, pursuit, and solutioning for multiple lines of business.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives regarding solution shaping and response strategies.
• Develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and brief senior leadership for decision making.
• Work on maintaining a win/loss ratio and craft differentiating narratives for bids.
• Coordinate inputs with proposal developers to ensure a compliant, top-quality proposal.
