Maximus is seeking a Senior Solutions Lead to bridge business strategy and technology, designing cross-enterprise solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This fully remote role requires leading flagship pursuits and addressing complex delivery challenges across business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years in related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale solution initiatives and trade-off decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical SMEs and business leaders to evaluate options and risks.
• Strong understanding of U.S. government services delivery models and related environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-line-of-business solution development by linking business capabilities and processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to assess threats and opportunities from digital enterprises.
• Support digital strategy and monetization with Digital Solutions teams.
• Use business architecture deliverables to guide technology investments and roadmaps.
• Articulate operating models and identify opportunities to reuse technology for new capabilities.
