Job summary

Life360 is seeking a Senior Director to lead MAU Analytics and Data Science for core product and growth. You will own the MAU model, set analytics standards, and coach a high-performing team across product, marketing, engineering, and revenue analytics leadership.

You will work in a remote-first environment across US and Canada, with deep technical credibility in SQL, Python/R, experimentation, and AI-enabled analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data science, or decision science, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior/leadership role managing teams.
• Deep expertise in inferential and causal analytics.
• Experience forecasting a company-level metric and being held to it.
• SQL plus Python or R.
• Experience with Databricks, experimentation tools, Tableau or BI tools, and AI-native BI tools.
• Hands-on with coding agents in analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the decision scientists and data scientists on the team.
• Own the MAU driver model and the forecast.
• Set analytics standards and scalable operating practices across teams.
• Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and revenue analytics leadership.
• Drive AI-native analytics initiatives and responsible AI adoption.
