Life360 is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to own end-to-end ML from revenue opportunities to production deployment for Direct Revenue. You will size opportunities, set priorities with business leads, and ship models with a team of data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 6+ years building and shipping ML-powered systems into production.
• Strong Python and ML tooling skills with emphasis on experimentation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production ML systems for personalization, experimentation, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Mobile, Cloud, Data Eng, and MLOps to integrate systems into user features.
• Set up monitoring and lineage tracking to ensure performance, compliance, and reproducibility.
• Mentor data scientists and define best practices for advanced analytics and ML system development.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code across data discovery, modeling, and experiment evaluation.
