Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Director for the Client Engagement Group to shape the CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications that power merchant relationships on Squarespace. You will lead a team of product managers, partner with Engineering and Marketing, and drive revenue growth through a unified customer engagement platform across the Squarespace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion building customer engagement, CRM, or marketing products.
• 5+ years leading and developing product teams in complex, multi-product environments.
• Deep familiarity with customer engagement and email service provider landscape and competitive tools.
• Proven ability to own a revenue-generating product line and drive business outcomes beyond delivery.
• Strong strategic instincts with execution discipline and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG (CRM, campaigns, automations, transactional flows, SMS).
• Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end, report on revenue, and shape GTM with key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor product managers across lines to maintain velocity and customer focus.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and unblock progress.
