Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Director of Product for the Client Engagement Group to drive the strategy and execution of our CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications. You will own the vision for a unified customer engagement hub that scales across merchants and channels.

You’ll lead a team of product managers, partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing, and report to the President, with an option to work on-site in NYC or remotely within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience across CRM/engagement.
• 5+ years leading product teams in multi-product environments.
• Experience owning revenue-generating product lines.
• Strong strategic instincts with execution bias.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG across CRM and campaigns.
• Own Email Campaigns business, report on revenue, guide GTM strategies.
• Build a competitive customer engagement platform with advanced segmentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and commercial teams to ship outcomes.
