Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Director for the Client Engagement Group to own the strategy and execution of our CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications. • Lead multi-year product vision and strategy for Client Engagement Group (CRM, email, automations, transactional comms).
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing stakeholders to shape GTM plans.
• Demonstrate strong product leadership and hypothesis-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG – spanning CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and emerging channels including SMS – with a clear line of sight to revenue growth and platform impact
• Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end: report on revenue performance, develop engagement and GTM strategies, and lead roadmap decisions with stakeholders
• Build toward a competitive, full-featured customer engagement platform by prioritizing investments in CRM, transactional automations, flexible channels, and advanced segmentation
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines
• Partner with Engineering and Design leads to deliver outcomes and remove blockers to maintain velocity
• Collaborate across Squarespace ecosystem to ensure CEG products are deeply integrated into the broader platform
• Champion use of Squarespace data and AI to create smarter automation flows, personalized outreach, and differentiated engagement experiences
