Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of product management experience, including customer engagement, CRM, marketing or communications products.
• 5+ years leading and developing product teams in multi-product environments.
• Deep familiarity with customer engagement tools and email service provider landscape.
• Proven ability to own revenue-generating product lines and drive business outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG, spanning CRM, emails, automations, and SMS.
• Own Email Campaigns business line end-to-end: report on revenue, develop engagement and GTM strategies.
• Lead and mentor product managers across multiple lines, ensuring hypothesis-driven development and velocity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Marketing to deliver impact and integrate with broader platform.
