Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Development professional to identify, develop and close biopharma opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, collaborations and licensing deals.

You will manage client relationships, lead proposals, coordinate site visits, and travel up to 50%. The role is remote with West Coast preference; competitive compensation includes base salary, tiered commissions, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical Bachelor’s degree in science with 9+ years in life sciences business development.
• Proven track record in contract services or capital equipment BD within life sciences.
• Experience prospecting, meeting prospects, delivering proposals and closing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close contracts for KBI services with biopharma clients.
• Assist VP of Business Development with activities as directed.
• Identify new potential clients and manage proposals and RFPs; maintain client relationships.
