Job summary

KBI Biopharma is seeking a proposals-focused scientist who will write and edit detailed technical proposals for contract development and manufacturing services. You will collaborate with Business Development, Process Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and Program Management across multiple sites to translate client needs into deliverables.

The role is remote with potential to work at any KBI site and may require travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 5+ years of scientific/biotechnology experience in R&D, manufacturing or support.
• Master of Science with 2+ years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs with clients and SMEs to define scope, deliverables and budgets.
• Assemble proposals including background, design, objectives, scope, pricing, and timelines.
