Job summary

Immatics is seeking a Senior Director, ATC Operations to design and stand up the ATC authorization program, including qualification criteria, SOPs, training curriculum, and COI/COC controls, with launch-ready centers across the US.

Reporting to the VP, Launch Excellence, this remote role leads a regional ATC Operations team, partners with Quality, Regulatory, and Global Patient Supply, and drives center activation, readiness, and ongoing audit plans in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, life sciences or healthcare administration field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of direct experience in cellular therapy operations and/or treatment centers.
• Knowledge of FACT Immune Effector Cell Standards, COI/COC, and GTP/GMP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design the ATC authorization framework, qualification criteria and monitoring tools.
• Lead center qualification assessments and activation across the US network.
• Develop and deliver the ATC training curriculum and maintain authorized-user registry.
• Oversee COI/COC compliance and product handling at treatment centers.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory and Global Patient Supply to ensure launch readiness and risk management.
