Job summary

Immatics-US is seeking a Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead to support our US clinical operations team. You will oversee the execution and management of regional clinical trials, coordinating with CROs, vendors, and cross-functional partners from study start-up through delivery.

Reports to Associate Director, Clinical Asset Management. This fully remote US role requires 7+ years in global clinical operations, with leadership in oncology programs and experience with cell/gene therapy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years leading global clinical operations incl. trial oversight, vendor mgmt, cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial execution across internal and external stakeholders from start-up through execution.
• Provide CRO/vendor oversight to meet quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
• Mentor CTMs/CRAs/CTAs and drive risk and issue management across studies.
