Job summary
Immix Biopharma seeks a senior leader to build activation and patient services for NXC-201 launch. You will define the strategy, partnerships and operating model for activation of treatment centers and ensure a seamless provider and patient experience across the commercial organization.
Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal and external partners to enable ATC readiness, optimize the patient journey and drive commercial readiness ahead of US launch expected in 2027.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Direct, hands-on experience leading or supporting site activation for an autologous CAR-T launch.
- Experience supporting commercial launch of cell therapies in hematology/oncology.
- Experience working directly with ATCs.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners.
- Experience in emerging biotechnology or launch-stage organizations preferred.
