Job summary

Objective Area Solutions (OAS) is seeking a senior Air Traffic Control Specialist to support FAA program mgmt. This Level V role leads operational requirements coordination and system requirement translation across FAA offices and industry stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring full-performance-level ATC judgment, assessment of automation, and experience in FAA acquisition or program management. Remote work is offered with travel up to half the time.

Qualifications

• ATC experience in en route, oceanic, or terminal environments.
• 20+ years of active, full-performance ATC experience or 15+ with associate degree.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust and FAA PIV credential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air traffic requirements and operations across FAA offices.
• Support NATCA liaison, program reviews, and workgroups.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements and analyses.
• Prepare briefings and deliver status reports for leadership.
