Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director within the BTI group to lead thought leadership and deliver pragmatic insights for software engineering organizations worldwide. You will guide AI strategy across the SDLC, measure ROI, and drive value for clients through in-person and virtual engagements.

You will craft high-value presentations for Gartner events, support sales, and mentor peers while collaborating in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Proven software engineering leadership experience, leading large-scale, multi-team delivery.
• Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and ROI measurement for AI.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and actionable approaches for clients.
• Analyze root causes of client barriers and reframing strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across teams.
• Travel up to 25% as applicable.
