Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
- Proven success deploying AI/GenAI and intelligent automation at scale.
- Experience in Global Business Services or similarly complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI, automation, and analytics strategy for global services.
- Identify and scale high-impact AI and GenAI use cases.
- Drive enterprise adoption of intelligent automation capabilities.
- Own the portfolio of digital transformation initiatives across global services.
