Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations roles with client engagements.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build trust.
• Deep knowledge of revenue operations tech stack including CRM and AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with Sales, Salesforce, and the Sales SaaS/AI tech domain.
• High emotional intelligence and a change-agent reputation.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-driven pre-sales engagements with compelling demonstrations.
• Focus on customer retention and account expansion through tailored solutions.
• Ensure seamless post-sales delivery and transition from pre-sales to delivery.
• Oversee onboarding and enablement processes for new customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive AI product innovation.
• Drive customer satisfaction and adoption rates to secure renewals.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans.
• Identify opportunities for workflow expansion and demand generation.
• Assist customers in selecting optimal workflows for productivity.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to create a champion network.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align strategies with customer goals.
• Orchestrate co-sell and co-marketing initiatives with partner teams.
