• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
• Proven success deploying AI/GenAI and intelligent automation at scale.
• Experience in Global Business Services or similarly complex organizations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, AI, Automation & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape the strategy for AI, automation, and analytics across a complex global services environment, with a strong focus on scaling practical solutions that improve decision-making and operational performance.

The role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, advance enterprise adoption of intelligent automation, and guide a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives.

In addition, this position will oversee digital product strategy and agile delivery while ensuring governance, security, and compliance are built into the operating model.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,300 – $368,500 annually
