Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a math/science field or related experience required.
• 10 years actuarial work experience, 5+ in healthcare or PBM.
• 7 years of leadership experience required.
• Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of actuaries to provide strategic pricing advice using market research, projections, and actuarial modeling.
• Collaborates with underwriters, client engagement, and senior leadership on pricing and risk management initiatives across lines of business.
• Engages with leadership to develop forecasting assumptions related to utilization, unit cost, benefit design, and regulatory events.
• Develops scalable processes and maintains quality control per actuarial standards.
