Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area of study; High school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to provide strategic pricing advice using market research and complex actuarial modeling
• Collaborates with underwriters, client engagement, and senior leadership on RFPs and pricing initiatives
• Engages with functional leadership to develop forecasting assumptions related to utilization, unit cost, benefit design, and regulatory events
• Develops processes to ensure scalability and controls following actuarial standards of practice
• Leads negotiations and presentations translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development
• Other duties as assigned
