Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Lead Actuary – Pharmacy Pricing for a remote role. You will lead complex pricing analyses, develop actuarial models, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver client-specific pricing strategies.

You’ll influence formulary methodology, rebate structures, and respond to client inquiries. Strong communication, Excel, SAS/SQL skills, and an ASA/FSA designation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance; HS diploma or GED is required
• 8 years of actuarial work experience, including 6 years in a healthcare organization or PBM
• Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analyses, projections, and actuarial models
• Own ad hoc pharmacy data analyses to evaluate rebate performance
• Provide strategic pricing guidance on formulary methodology and rebates
• Present analyses to senior stakeholders and clients
• Mentor Analysts and junior Actuaries
• Monitor health policy and regulatory developments
• Ensure compliance with regulations and actuarial standards
